Where this comes from.

QNS Yoga started with one instructor: a physical therapist who also teaches yoga, pilates, and strength. She practices across all three because real bodies don't sort themselves into one. We pull from Ayurveda because constitution matters, and pretending it doesn't makes the work worse. We're growing the roster carefully.

What this is for.

Bodies the studio can't reach. Recovery after physical therapy ends. Postpartum rebuilding. Chronic pain that needs a clinical eye on the practice. A goal too specific for a class to address. People who want the rigor and the rooted wisdom in the same hour.

Who works here.

Our instructors are independent. They run their own practices, their own ways. Our founding instructor is a physical therapist who teaches yoga, pilates, and strength. We're building a roster of people we trust to run a serious one-on-one practice with their own clients.

Based in Queens, New York. Sessions in-studio or live over video.
