If your instructor is already on QNS Yoga, ask them for an invitation. If you don't have an instructor on QNS yet, drop your name and a few things about your body. We'll be in touch as our roster grows.
If any of this is you
- You finished PT and don't know what to do next.
- Postpartum, and the postnatal class isn't reaching your pelvic floor.
- Chronic pain, and the group class can't see you specifically.
- You've outgrown drop-in classes and want a clinical eye on the work.
- You've been told you're "too tight" or "too injured" for yoga. (We promise it's a dosing problem.)
