For clients

Tell us about your body.

If your instructor is already on QNS Yoga, ask them for an invitation. If you don't have an instructor on QNS yet, drop your name and a few things about your body. We'll be in touch as our roster grows.

If any of this is you

  • You finished PT and don't know what to do next.
  • Postpartum, and the postnatal class isn't reaching your pelvic floor.
  • Chronic pain, and the group class can't see you specifically.
  • You've outgrown drop-in classes and want a clinical eye on the work.
  • You've been told you're "too tight" or "too injured" for yoga. (We promise it's a dosing problem.)

The form.

Two minutes. We respond personally as we have capacity, not via an automated drip.

A note on pricing: rates come from your instructor and depend on their practice. We share specifics in your first conversation.

Client FAQ

What does a session look like?

About an hour, one-on-one with your instructor. The day's shape comes from your week. Sometimes more strength, sometimes more mobility, sometimes a longer assessment. You leave with a short practice for the days between.

How does the habit tracker work?

You log your daily movement and any notes about how your body is feeling. Your instructor reads the log and writes back when something needs attention. The work between sessions is not on you to figure out alone.

What are the recorded lessons?

Short sequences your instructor films for your practice, sized to the days you're not training one-on-one. The library grows as you do, so what's there reflects where your practice is now, not a generic catalog.

I have a specific injury or condition. Will this work?

Almost certainly worth a conversation. Our instructors work with clients managing chronic pain, postpartum recovery, post-surgical rehab, and long-standing mobility limitations. Tell us what you're dealing with on the waitlist form. We'll be honest if we're not the right fit.
