Privacy

What we collect

When you join the client waitlist, we collect your name, email, primary practice goal, and any notes you choose to share about your body or location. When you apply as an instructor, we additionally collect your credential type, license number (if applicable), specialty, current client count, and location.

We also automatically capture your browser's user-agent string and the referring URL (so we know whether you came from Instagram, a search engine, or somewhere else). We do not capture IP addresses, geolocation, fingerprints, or any cookie-based tracking identifier.

How we use it

We use this information to reach out when bookings or instructor onboarding opens, to route you to the right instructor or program, and to understand which referral sources are working. That's it. We do not run drip campaigns, sell your data, or share it with marketing partners.

Who we share it with

Your waitlist data lives in Google Firestore (Google Cloud Platform) and is accessed only by QNS Yoga personnel. We do not share it with third parties for any purpose other than infrastructure providers required to operate the platform (Firebase Hosting, Firestore, reCAPTCHA for spam protection).

Removing your data

Email hi@qns.yoga with the subject "Remove my data" and we'll delete your waitlist entry within 7 days.
