What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the qns.yoga marketing website and the waitlist sign-up forms. Terms governing the QNS Yoga service itself (booking, sessions, payments) will be issued separately to clients when bookings open.
Joining the waitlist
Submitting either waitlist form does not constitute a contract, reservation, or guarantee of service. We respond to waitlist entries personally as capacity allows. We may decline to enroll a client or instructor for any lawful reason.
Accuracy of information
You agree the information you submit (name, email, credentials, etc.) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. For instructor applications, you confirm that any license number or credential you list is currently active and in good standing.

The QNS Yoga name, logo, and content on this site are the property of QNS Yoga. The site does not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any new movement practice, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition.
